Day 2, still no car keys. I need to figure out a way to get it open so I can see if the keys are inside. What I need is for someone to break into my car.

Call a locksmith asap, but get an estimate over the phone. Word is they will attempt to gouge you... might try several 'smithies'. Good luck on that and you're probably right, the key is safely locked inside! An aside: In the Ghost town movie, the dentist gets the restroom key and it's attached to a huge molar! May be an idea?! ha ha
I want one of those key chains that Dad made when I was a teen. A large metal ring (too large to fit in a pocket, with a rectangle of sheet metal attached. It wasn't pretty, but it was easy to find!
