I'm sitting here at my computer waiting for Alex's birthday cake to finish baking. He requested a chocolate cake, so I'm experimenting with a recipe that was in the paper a couple of days ago for a bundt cake. I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I own 7 bundt pans. Seven. Three of them are identical miniature bundt pans, but 4 (FOUR) are full size. What was I thinking?

I would like a bundt cake. Of course I would like any type of cake.
