Poetry and Tears

Oh, somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright; The band is playing somewhere, and somewhere hearts are light, And somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout; But there is no joy in Mudville. Mighty Casey has struck out.

Danny is sorrowfully moping about. Wishing for things that haven't happened. Unfortunately for him he has 4 older brothers and an older sister. He has a tough time throwing attitudes at us that we haven't already been through once, twice, or more. He does have one creative twist - the willingness to bang his head on the wall. Repeatedly. He's also more liquid.

Tears galore.

Tears, eh? So far our kids don't have good enough memories to be too terribly disappointed when presented with non-wii-s and non-Barbie-Dream-Houses.

So sad. Good for you not caving into the tears. Somehow tears make my resolve stronger. Thank goodness.

I love how Teller starts talking faster and faster and Penn is jerking wildly at his sleeve--or is it Penn and Teller? Huh.

Teller is the short one.
