The view from the front porch. Not bad. But it's a little too wide open for a true hideaway.
The secret hideaway. I sort of wish the logs weren't quite so new looking. The cabin doesn't look nearly stealthy enough. Henry's Lake State Park is no Panther Creek Campground, but right now that's a good thing. It helps me think of this "vacation" more like it is a real vacation....which it is turning out to be.

That looks like the Ritz-Carlton. The parking spot could almost pass for valet.
You *almost* sound like you're enjoying yourself. Hope the rest of your vacation is as beautiful.
The 'Serenity of a Clear Blue Mountain Lake', there's your John Denver for the morning. It is quite lovely but definitely not good for those nightly forays into the wilds of the internet!
