One vote (Nathan): Marvin the paranoid android - from the original Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
One vote (Alex): Data from STNG. Cause he's like Spock, also he can bend metal bars with his bare hands, and he plays an awesome Sherlock Holmes - on the holodeck.

I'm kinda fond of "Carl" from Meet the Robinsons- I like anybody who'll take care of dinner for me.

Rosie is one - who doesn't love a sarcastic pushy robot? (Reminds me of someone but who?)
And Data is two - I loved the episode where he got his emotion chip.
Rosie: not only sarcastic and pushy, but she really works the apron.
