sleep deprivation

There's a good reason I doze off at least once a day. I'm just not sleeping well. As I was falling asleep last night I told Steve it was a little like trying to sleep while 9 months pregnant - minus the incessant need to pee. Basically I wake up whenever I move. I'm not sure what the solution is...I'm not willing to take something for it - I suspect that would do more harm than good. Warm milk at bedtime is not an option. A long soak in a relaxing bubble bath sounds good - now, if only I had a tub big enough to relax in....

May I make a suggestion? Calms Forte...it's a homepathic remedy. NOT a drug and won't make you 'groggy', just help you relax and allow your body to sleep. Can be purchased at a health food store OR even Fred Meyers or any other large well-stocked market. It's in the health section. Works great and is NOT habit forming.

When Mark and I were getting ready to be married and my in-laws and mom were discussing with us plans for pictures and announcements etc I was going crazy! I couldn't please everyone and we didn't have a dime to our name. My mother in law suggested the calms forte and it worked for me. I think I might need to get some for Josh. He's not sleeping at night but not for the same reason as you :o)
