Yesterday's art project was reminiscent of Napoleon Dynamite...today for history we are learning about Napoleon Bonaparte. Ironic.
I can tell that I have not been a total failure as a teacher - when I started reading about Napoleons defeat at Waterloo...Danny starts humming the ABBA song of the same name. Sweet.

We finished off the day by watching "The Count of Monte Cristo"...it dovetailed with the history lesson quite well.
