1/2 full or 1/2 empty...

I promised Suzanne an inventory of what's currently in our new little freezer......so here goes. Keep in mind most of the food is from Costco - so that should give some clues as to sizes.

5 lbs. sausage
5 lbs. ground beef
5 lbs. mozzarella cheese
8 lbs. boneless pork
6 lbs. chicken tenderloins
24 hamburger patties
24 hamburger buns
2 lasagnas
5 loaves brown and serve bread
1/2 gallon ice cream

I figure that's the "bones" of approximately 25 dinners. We could easily put double the amount in there. I would like to add 3 or 4 roasts (beef and pork), flour tortillas, and an assortment of frozen vegetables.

I think Steve would be happy to finish filling it up with ice cream.

I'm with Steve on this one.

That's quite a handy freezer. While I like my Fridge/freezer, I wish I had a bit more space for freezer things. That would come in handy during the Summer/Otter Pop season.

Very nice. I like that it is not too big but big enough.

I love that brown and serve bread. Did you buy pre-shredded mozzarella and then bag it?

yes, the cheese was pre-shredded. I will probably also get the Mexican blend (pre-shredded) because we tend to use that a lot.
